All bookings go through e-mail, no rooms are booked through phone.
All questions about booking/waiting list are only answered through e-mail, staff on phone hours can not give information about rooms/booking.
To book a room you need to contact us to get a information if there is available room in the month you are thinking of importing your pet.
To book a room at the quarantine station, you need to contact us with e-mail : firstname.lastname@example.org and give up those information:
1.Name of the owner
2. Phone number
3. Name of the pet
5. From what country you are coming from
7. Receipt for payment of confirmation fee shall be included in the same e-mail as a attachment. Room will not be booked if the receipt of payment is not in attachment.
It is important that you book in good advance.
The confirmation fee is 50.000 ISL kr. per animal. This amount will then be subtracted from the total. Confirmation is non-refundable. Payment receipt must be sent to the email@example.com

Name an animal is placed in an explanation payment.
*As of 1.1.2019: If a room is canceled and we can not fill in the room, the customer will be charged for a full fee for the room they booked.
How does the waiting list work?
You can get on the waiting list if the month is already full booked, but we can not promise that a room will be available because we do have few animals on that list at every time.
To get on the waiting list you will have to send in a booking and make a valid booking for a time that we do have free room for your pet and then we can write you down on a waiting list for the month that you would want to try to get into.
Animals are all put in right order of their booking on the waiting list, and owners are responsible for keeping their veterinary papers in orders so if a space will get free that the papers will be in order in time.
We will let the owners know immediately if a space becomes available.
Owners do not have to send us e-mail to keep checking if there are any news from the waiting list, we will contact you if a room will be available.
*Everything that arrives in the travel cage will be destroid so it's best to only have some blanket/mat in the cage that you do not want to own anymore.
* Wooden travel cage and soft carrier/fabric will be destroid.
* Collars & leads will be destroid.
* The permitted hours for animals at Keflavík are between 05:00 and 17:00 on the quarantine admission days.
